Soulfood: Apple Avocado Salad with Potatoes and Fried Egg

Ingredients: any kind of green salad ( I used lettuce and endive), an apple, an avocado, an egg and one potato, some mustard or any kind of sauce or curd that you think matches well with the potato

Amount and time of preparation: you'll get one plate of food as you see on the picture and it takes around 30 minutes to prepare this dish

How to prepare:

1. Boil the potato for around 20 minutes

2. Meanwhile prepare the salad: wash it and cut it

3. Cut the avocado and the apple and mix it with the salad

4. Then add some balsamico, olive oil, salt and pepper. Of course you can also add other herbs and spices or some mayonaise which matches great with the avocado :)

6. Once the salad is done and the potato is ready, put the egg into the frying pan and let it fry.

7. Then cut the potato into pieces and arrange everything on a plate.
