Soulfood: Salad With Cheese And Tomato Panini

Ingredients:

Any kind of salad you like, salt,pepper, herbs, vinagre, oil and honey for the dressing

For the panini: bread, garlic, half of an onion, cheese (I used Gruyère but you can use any cheese you like although for this recipe I reccomand to use some hard cheese made of cow milk), some tomato mark or tomato sauce and one tomato

Amount and time of preparation: you get two paninis and it takes around 20 minutes to prepare this dish

How to prepare:

1. Mix together the ingredients for the salad dressing ( about one spoon of vinagre and two spoons of oil) and add the washed salad

2. Cut the bread, the onion and the tomato in slices

3. Cut the garlic into very small pieces

4. Grate the cheese or cut it in fine slices (depending on which kind of cheese you use)

5. Cover the bread with tomato mark (or sauce) and add the garlic, some salt and any herbs you like (I used origano)

6. Then put the cheese, the onion slices and the tomato slices on the bread and sprinkle some pepper and herbs over it 7. Heat up the oven on 200° and put the bread in for around 10 minutes. As soon as the cheese melted you can take it out and enjoy your dish :)
