Soulfood: Vegetable Tofu Rice Soup

Ingredients: 2 carrots, half of an onion, a piece of zucchini, some rice, bouillon and some tofu

Amount and time of preparation: you get one bowl of soup and it takes around 20 minutes to cook

How to prepare:

1. Cut the carrots into slices

2. Cut the zucchini, the onion and the tofu into small pieces

3. Boil some water with bouillon and add the carrots.

4. Let them boil for more or less five minutes, then add the rice and the onion pieces

5. Let everything boil at a medium temperature and after around 5 minutes add the zucchini.

6. Let the soup boil for another 5 minutes and then add the tofu.
