Tortilla- Panini With Hummus, Rucola and Capers

Today, I was only a little hungry and in the mood for a light and healthy snack. After looking what my fridge had to offer I came up with this Tortilla-Panini, filled with some left overs. It's perfect for a light and early dinner!

Ingredients: one teaspoon of capers, three table spoons of hummus, 6 slices of bell pepper, some cilantro, lemon juice, salt, pepper, some cucumber slices, some rocket, one tortilla

Amount and time of preparation: you'll get one panini and it takes around 10 minutes to prepare

How to prepare:

1. Warm up the tortilla in a frying pan.

2. Put the hummus on one half of the torilla.

3. Add the other ingredients on top of the hummus.

4. Close the tortilla and your Tortilla-Panini is ready ;)
