Fettuccine with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce and Pine Nuts

Ingredients: 250 gramm of fettuccine, 30-40 gramm of rocket, 1 garlic clove, 3 spoons of pine nuts, 2 deciliter of cream, 100g gramm of gorgonzola, grated lemon zest of half a lemon, pulp of a quarter of lemon

Amount and time of preparation: It takes around 30 minutes and you will get two full plates

How to prepare:

1. Cut the garlic clove into tiny pieces and 100 gramm of gorgonzola into small pieces.

2. Roast the garlic pieces gently with a little bit of butter, then add the cream with some salt and pepper. Let it boil a little while.

3. Now add the gorgonzola and grate the zest of half a lemon. Add the zest to the sauce.

4. Lower the temperature and let the sauce simmer at a low temperature. Put a top on the pot.

5. Now make the water for the Fettuccine boil and add some salt.

6. Cook the fettuccine for 6-8 minutes (or as long as it says on the package ;)

7. In the meantime cut a quarter of the lemon into small pieces and fry the pine nuts for around 5 minutes until they're light brown. (Watch them carefully, they shouldn't burn!)

8. Once the Fettuccine are ready, put them on the plates.

9. Dash over the sauce.

10. Sprinkle the pine nuts, the lemon pulp and some rocket over it.

11. Enjoy your meal! :)
