Season Salad with Baby Spinach Leaves and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:
- a hand full of fresh baby spinach leaves
- 3 to 4 radishes
- 1 small onion
- 2 spoons full of cottage cheese,
- 1 teaspoon of roasted sesame
- a hand full of ricotta-spinach ravioli or any other kind of pasta you like
- for the salad dressing: some salt, pepper, oil and vinegar
Amount and time of preparation: you'll get one full plate and it takes 20-30 minutes to prepare
How to prepare:
1. Cut the radishes and the onion into slices.
2. Sauté the onion rings until they are glazed.
3. Then roast the sesame.
4. Next put the spinach leaves on a plate. Add some salt, pepper, vinegar and oil and mix it.
5. Add the sauteed onion rings, the radishes, the cottage cheese and sprinkle the roasted sesame over the salad.
6. Now cook the pasta and add the pasta to your meal.
