Red Lentils Salad With Avocado, Cheese And Bell Peppers

Ingredients: one cup of red lentils, one avocado, one tomato, one red bell pepper, one spring onion, cilantro, any sort of semi-hard cheese ( I used mozarella and one I got at the local cheese shop), salt, pepper and other spices you like
Amount and time of preparation: it takes 20-30 minutes to prepare and you can fill one middle-sized salad bowl
How to prepare:
1. Prepare the lentils as it says on the package.
2. While the lentils are simmering start cutting the spring onion and the bell pepper into fine slices.
3. Sauté the onions and pepper slices until they glisten.
4. Cube the avocado and the tomato.
5. Add the tomato to the onion and pepper slices and sauté them on a low temperature.
Add salt, pepper and maybe some other spices.
6. As soon as the lentils are ready, drain and put them in a salad bowl.
7. Grate or cube the cheese and mix it with the lentils.
8. Then add the sautéd vegetables and the avocado cubes.
9. Add spices and the cilantro and your meal is ready!
