Soulfood: The Energy-booster smoothie and oatmeal cookies

Ingredients:
For the Energy-booster smoothie: 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 grapefruit, 1 orange, a small slice of ginger, half a teaspoon of lime juice, crushed ice or ice cubes
For the cookies: 1 banana, around 100 gramm of ground almonds, around 4-5 spoons of almond paste, 7-9 dates, around 150 gramm of oat meal, chocolate pieces or raisins or cranberries
Amount and time of preparation: you can fill two-three big cups with smoothie and you get around 20 cookies
How to prepare the smoothie:
1. Cut all fruits into small pieces
2. Put them into a blender and add the ice
3. Blend them for around 5 minutes
4. Fill the smoothie into cups and add a straw if you like :)
How to prepare the cookies:
1. Cut the banana into fine slices and the dates into small pieces
2. Put all ingredients into a blender or mix them together in a bowl
3. Once the dough is finished, shape small balls and flatten them
4. Heat up the oven on 200° Celsius
5. Put the cookies into the oven for around 15 minutes
