Power Muesli With Apples and Cinnamon

Ingredients: one plain yogurt, one banana, half of an apple, two-three spoons full of granola, a few dates, some honey, a little cinnamon

Of course, you can also add other fruits or use more granola if you feel your body needs more carbs. If you are lactose intolerant or vegan you could use soy yogurt instead.

Amount and time of preparation: it takes 5-10 minutes to prepare and you'll get one bowl full of muesli

How to prepare: Obviously, it's super simple ;)

Just cut the fruits into slices and put them in the bowl. Then add the yogurt and granola and in the end add some honey and cinnamon.

This power muesli supplies you with all the energy you need for a powerful start into your day.
