Soulfood: Egg Tomato and Avocado Tacos

Ingredients: 2 eggs, a big spoon of cream, salt, pepper, one tomato, half of a garlic clove, about one eighth of an onion, half of an avocado, a tea spoon of lime juice, tacos (tortillas)
Amount and time of preparation: with these ingredients you can fill 3 tacos and it takes around 20 minutes to prepare
How to prepare:
1. Start by cutting the half garlic clove, the onion and the tomato into small pieces.
2. Then sauté them in a frying pan for around 10 minutes and add some salt and pepper (the temperature shouldn't be too high!)
3. Meanwhile smash the avocado and mix it with the lime juice and some salt and pepper.
4. Then use another bowl to mix the eggs with the spoon full of cream and add a hint of salt and pepper as well.
5. Once the tomatoes are soft put them on a plate and prepare the eggs as scrambled eggs (using the same pan).
6. As soon as the eggs are ready lower the temperature, put the tomatoes back in the pan with the eggs and let it on the stove to keep the eggs and tomatoes warm.
7. Take another frying pan to heat up the tortillas. Once they are warm put them on a plate and fill them with the eggs, tomatoes and the mashed avocado.
